Originally from the Colorado Rockies, Chase has been exploring music from an early age.  He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, majoring in solo performance. He continues a performance career as a solo and collaborative pianist, as well as a composer and producer for different music projects.

After moving to Lodi, Chase has been a collaborative pianist at the University of the Pacific and the San Joaquin Delta College School of Music. He currently instructs piano and digital music composition at the Sayla Music Academy, where he is also the co-owner with his wife Carol Ann. They can be seen performing frequently in their cello and piano duet called "Music with Strings Attached." 

Chase has a dual career in music production and composition. His compositions include music education projects such as Musical Math for Kids™ as well as original music for various ensembles, such as the Sayla Youth Orchestra. In 2018 Chase and Carol Ann were featured composer for the Zion Chamber Orchestra festival where their "Fantasy for Piano and Orchestra" was premiered. In addition to music, Chase also enjoys cooking,  horseback riding, and other outdoor activities.
