Andre recieved his B.M. and M.M. in guitar performance under the tutelage of Dr. Richard Savino at CSU Sacramento. In the Spring of 2015 Andre joined Camerata Capistrano, and studied continuo with Dr. Lorna Peters. Before transferring to CSUS, Andre studied with Travis Silvers at San Joaquin Delta Community College, where he first fell in love with the guitar.

Andre has performed in numerous solo and ensemble recitals during his studies, including participating in an ensemble performance of Shingo Fujii’s “Shiki: Seasons of Japan” with the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet, and participating in Benjamin Verdery’s “Scenes from Ellis Island” with Benjamin Verdery. Andre has received Master Classes with William Kanengiser and Roland Dyens.

As a member and leader of Lodi’s Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church, Andre volunteers his time to work with youth of all ages. He has performed on various occasions for his church community, and occasionally gives free group guitar and ukulele lessons for his church family.

Andre enjoys spending time with his wife, the outdoors, and playing video games.
